Agfa Drystar 5300 Print Error

Having a print error. Printer starts up normally, prints 20% of the image then stops, gives an error reading "Film Jam". Film is easily cleared, then attempts to print again, which yields the same result.
If I print a sample or test image that is pre-loaded in the printer, 100% of the image prints and there are no film jams.
Any help would be appreciated!

Located the CF card, only to discover it does not have software on it. Should be version R1.9.2C1 Can anyone email me a copy of the software???

Try to send to the printer a task with smaller quantity the image. For example 1x1, 2x2, 2x3. Or send a task from other program or from other computer.
Perhaps you have incorrectly adjusted the DICOM printer driver on the computer?

This error has two solutions reload sw. if problem still present, change CF card and reload sw again

reload the software. there should be a sd card with software backup. Good luck
