Dear All,
I have a agfa drystar 5302 with the following problem.
Configuration hp server, agfa 10 x imager ,dax network router, 5302 printer.
When i boot 5302 i get message .system error.
No light of the 5302 printer on modem.
There is red light at the right hand bottom of the Tyndall board located on the same side of the on / off switch on the printer.
When I reboot, I first get the 5302 printer light on the modem, no error message on 5302 and the printer works fine.
If I don’t get the light on the modem I usually get the system error message on the 5302 printer.
This problem is on and off. I have tried cleaning the ram on the Tyndall board and nothing else.
I also get frequent film jams in the upper tray in the same printer.
Please guide me as to how to properly clean the suction cups and loading rollers.

i have not tried reinstalling.
