Sometimes I have a dark/black stripe(not always) on the film in non-film direction. I think that the stripes may come from the Drum(it have white stripes on it), and maybe I have to replace the drum...
Anyone had this problem???
MAybe your Thermal Head has dust added on the resistors line.Clean your T.H. rollers and drum. then try pinted one film test and check the result. If the result is not ok. cantac me.
but if it from Thermal Head, I think that the stripes will appear in a film direction(vertical)...
P.S. 2 weeks ago, I cleaned the Thermal Head and the Drum(there is white stripes/scratches on it) and for a while it haven't stripes on the film... But yesterday, the client call me and told me that there is dark stripes again and show it more frequent
Hm I cleaned already both and no effect...
Here link with picture with stripe. The stripe is black or sometimes grey, and always at this direction. What do you think ????

I will check it, but my stripe(line) is horizontal in transport film direction...

Is it possible, that the problem with stripes comes from software ? It is 4.0.0, I gonna reinstall it with 5.1.0
