there is a sprocket located in the shaft of the motor that make the exit roller assembly (the one that makes the entire roller assembly deliver the films in the sorter). can you share this part number or if you can, the service manual?

After inserting a new pack of films, printer DryStar 5503 Agfa printer shows an error:
HC 11316 up. tray film inv .: Dmax limited.
I think it is damaged RFID transmitter. How can I get around?
Can someone help me or send a service manual?

One of two things, did you guys update the rf tag reader in the digitizer and update the software?
two, did you do an mdm calibration?
If you didn't update the rf tag reader in all of the drawers do so immediately. AGFA at one time was offering the tag readers at no charge. You must contact AGFA global support with the serial number of your drystar.
After you update the tag readers you must perform and MDM calibration.
