agfa drystar problem

Hi colleagues,
A very interesting problem at the Agfa 5302, when doctors send a command for print,the medical image film is printed very well and no problem on image .Also there is no error message or any warning ,just it gives ready,but it prints after seconds a message film which wrote the following message:
"Call you local service representative".
This message is written in 6 languages in this film .So every time they use it for printing ,for each order,it prints this film with the same message after a seconds .So they are loosing 50% of the films.
The test film is ok,the calibration of the densitometer is ok.There is no any artifacts on the printed films .I looked at the TH,no problems there,the counter of the TH printed films is about 5600 .Any idea or hint will help me.
