AGFA Drystart 5302 error 308019

Hello,
I have the following situation with one printer AGFA Drystar 5302:
I changed hard disk(SCSI-was corrupted) and have error 308019, and can't make restore. When I try to restore - had No datased found and can't make restore. I saw in Infocounter, that the serial number of device is different. Before change the hard disk, I took devil board and test it on another working printer(to be sure where is the problem and what to change). And now in infocounter I have its serial number(of another printer).How can I change serial number to original...
P.S. In specialist tools - Elabel server, everything is correct

Please confirm that your serial number matches with 'Manufacturing standard modification' (chapter 8 of service manual).
What is your current serial number? and what software version are you running?

You have to access as a developer and check if the s/n are corrupted.
After changing the new hard drive, the serial number changed.
Do you still have the back-up CF card that came with system, or did you make one before the failure.
If yes, try and Restore the configuration to factory settings
