AGFA DX-S error code

Hello there,
We started an AGFA DX-S CR who worked good before to be shipped and have this message:
Error Occured - Please contact service to fix the problem. (Error 1685)
As usual, we cannot find error code list in user manual, and we don't have the technical manual... Does anyone has the service manual with error codes ?
Or any tip ?
