AGS threshold rollover

Hello, a DPX-Bravo that last year had a problema aparently too low counts, but by circunstances the head tuve was removed, 8 months later installed a tube head, on service optin test all options separatlely passed, did warm up and ok, when try signal monitor when aperture collimator inmediatlly stop it and send ÄGS THRESHOLD ROLLOVER.
Can I adjust? some tips?
