Aloka 5000 problem

Hi,
I'm having a problem with Aloka 5000, something with MainCPU board not booting properly.
I can enter BIOS, but it's displayed on little LCD and only 1/4 of it (it's normal). And therefore unusable, I can't see the whole picture.
If I connect VGA to MainCPU board, nothing happens, even after restart. Like the serv.manual says, it should work..
So, how to get the image on the normal external monitor from little LCD ?

replace the battery in the generic CPU and connect the VGA cable from it to the system monitor using VGA - RGB cable then correct the BIOS.

Thanks Rey, I already did all of that. That's why I asked for other way to show BIOS on ext monitor... Anyway, I managed to correct BIOS (by some tricks :-) ) and boot the unit, but still the VGA doesn't work...It's not an issue, cause the unit works now.
