AMX 4 problem

Im having a problem with an amx 4, when I plug in the unit the display star flickering and when I try to turn it on a relay in the charger board starts activating and doesnt stop. any Help?

On the charger board you will see 2 large plug in type relays. One has a AC voltage coil, the other relay has a coil voltage of 120 volts DC. That DC coil relay has contacts that likes to stick and cause problems. Order a new 120 volt DC relay. The 2 relays are next to each other and are on the lower right corner of the charger board. The charger board is new. Tech support tells me that the cpu is bad something about u283. thanks for the response.

The CPU maybe the problem. First check the F4 and F5 fuses below the charger. Relay chattering and possibly the display flickering could be happening if on of them is bad.

final problem were the battery voltage to low. at 48vdc and it needs a minimum of 70vdc fot the power supply
