I have a AMX 4 that is giving 214,215,216&217 errors still, I have replaced CPU,both Drive Boards, Took motors apart and cleaned brushes, checked all fuses & cables, contactors cleaned, recaled drive numerous times. I took belts off of wheels thinking wheels could be causing problem no luck. The only other thing is with it off the ground when you enable drive handle wheels move about one inch and stop then nothing else. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Jeff
ERRORS 214 TO 217 (214 / 215 LEFT DRIVE - 216 / 217 RIGHT DRIVE)
1. Check Drive Motors/Motor Brushes
2. Check Drive Boards And Connections To Those Boards
3. Check Fuse AMX1A3F9 (+BATT)
4. Check Wires (push-On Terminals) To Both Fuse Holders (F1 & F2)--Pull Each One Off
And On Once To Clean Terminals (Oxidation Issues)
5. Loose Leads On K1 And K2 Relays On Drive Power Amp Board
6. Excessive “play” in Main Drive Wheels - Internal Gearing In Drive Wheels Worn
