With just the information you giving is sounds like you've shorted you mAs board when you installed the meter. You can check the error log and is if there are any errors related to mA and kVp overload. Check the chathode high voltage cable for damage and the wells for arcing. Check the filaments and make sure they're not shorted to ground, or open. Beyond that I would replace the mAs board and start form there. Sense you're in the calibration mode the problem is going to be harder to fine.
