The display is blank (not glowing) and able to prep the unit and expose it. I checked the power regulator in the display controller board and found no 40V.Before order the controller board, I would like to confirm. Please let me know any other board related to this problem?
are talking about the one that lays flat on the lower right side if so there is a DC to DC convert on the board that fails. if you are talking about the other display verify that you have 24 going into X03 if you do X03 dc to dc convert bad
