Hello, I need your help. I have a problem with the neon lamp, it never turn on, I check the voltage at the 1C2 and it charge 72 to 78 Volt but the neon never turn on. When I put off the fuse 3F4 the neon turns on. I don't know what is bad, I cheked the 60 hz and is ok, the 500 hz and is ok. When I press the rotor button it rot and the ready lamp turns on, but off course never emmit x-ray. I Apreciate your help.

If I am right, This Rx use 10 units 12vdc batts. Try connecting an oscilloscope between + & - and set the x time to 200msec/div. make a shoot and see the line. If it drop suddenly you may have one or more batteries in short circuit. It has 12Vdc if you check but when you demand amps it turn sort circuit by a moment and, of course, no radiation at all.
Thank You, It has 9 bateries, and one at those down the voltage at 1.6 volts, you are rigth, I was cheked the total voltage, but with the multimeter, and it don't show me the true. I check the total voltage with the osciloscope and it show me the down voltage, and after one to one batery and the culprit was there.
Thank You my problem has been solved.
Ruben, Take care. I don't remember any model with 9 batts. Most probably you need one more to 10 batts. you need to check the charger maximal output. It must be 130vdc +/- 5vdc. If it is correct, the amx must have 10 batts. The one missing must be the cause of the short circuit of the other. Better if change all of them.
If the maximal output of the charger is near 110Vdc probably that amx was modified to work with 9 batts (I don't think so, I had never seen it).
Best regards
