Hi Mohamed. Hope you are doing well.
This is Eng. Gabriel at MIT Labs in Miami FL. USA.
The errors 2-4-4 and 2-5-5 are related to the enable signal.
Check board PS & DC 10-42894-01 TP 06 (Enable) reference to TP 07 ground. The ENEBLE signal is 5 volts TTL.
Do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely, G Sarmiento.
Hi G Sarmiento
Thanks for your attention.
I measured the enable signal and it is 0V ?? ( The measurements where done after detaching the RF Amp from all connections. )
Mohamed, hope you are doing well.
Check board PS & DC 10-42894-01 TP 12 (HV) reference to TP 07 ground. The HV signal is 160 volts DC.
If the voltage on TP 12 is gone check U9 on board PS & DC 10-42894-01.
U9 is a (Phase Shift Resonant Controller) that is part of the circuit that controls the power MOSFET's.

Hi Mohamed, can you check TP16 the voltage is 7.9 V DC
Signal name HV SCA ED
If voltage on TP16 is over 8 volts the control board puts ENABLE signal or TP6 in logic Lo
Hi Mohamed
ENABLE TP6 is a logic signal, it must be 5 volts.
If the ENABLE is not in logic H there is no power for the RF Amplifier.
The ENABLE activates +13V signal on TP3 that controls U9.
Yo need to track the root of the problem on the ENABLE signal.

Hi G Sarmiento
I found that error 5-5 is Dev2 fault
What is Dev2 for ?

Hello: It looks like a problem on PS & DC board (10-42894-01), Check TP 06. (5 V is ok). I hope this can help.

Hi
Test point TP10= 5V
Test point TP6 =0V (ENABLE)
This ENABLE point is it a logic signal or power point 5V supply ?

Hi
Thanks for all of you
At last I solved the problem and now every thing is working good...
I found the fuse F3 in the amp. Box blown
