trying to get this oec 9000 started. having another issue now. the monitor cart boots up fine. when i connect the ic cable, the circuit breaker on the cart flips out. if i remove the fuses at f2 AND f3 (both at the same time) the breaker does not flip out.
what can be the problem? power supply? circuit board?
