My ultrasound toshiba ssa-770a does not start up the system.when I power on the switch I have only standby led on yellow and at the backside of the ultrasound I have the indication leds 4,5,6 on green and led number 2 is blinking on yellow.
According the manual it should be PSD, but no result after exchanging two boards PSD and I/O.
Try removing pcbs one at a time, until system powers up. Looks like one of the pcbs is S/C. CB, then TR'S, then BE, then RC, and finally VI. System should power up to at least the touchscreen working. If none of these work measure the voltage on the PSD and if necessary PSA.
You can check test points inside I/O PWB (remuved HDD)and chech PSD. I think the problem is PSD, RM PWB, I/O PWB, HDD, Flopy or MO. Other PWB's within the U.S. are supplied from PSA.
I check the psa and psd points but have not any voltage on them.Measure the output of AC/DC and have 48V.By the way I replaced PSD and I/O, but not any result.

Tray to check cable conection beatweein AC/DC PSU and I/O units. If it's OK, then you have problem in CPU (RM PWB).
Goodluck.
