I have problem width RTM board in RECbox - one power suplly fail (3,3V). After replace RTM board is boot, connection error gone but i have storage error. I connect rs232 terminal and i don't have error but "timeout mesage". On start if I select "display boot line i have lot of random haracters, it's is normal?
I have one red led on in hdd0 on matrix.

It seems that the timekeeper is down, you need to replace it, but you can modify boot line for normal start up, as long as they do not turn off the CT

Did you after replacing the RTM board reprogram the timekeeper? Is the timekeeper (yellow brick) voltage OK?
