I have a big problem. I had problems with the Celsius PC and after when the syngo load and finish and appears the menú appears some messages like : the creation of data patient isn´t posible, the data base isn´t posible to créate, then I enter in the service and I delete the database and when the system starts again appears. Data base creation failed please contact with service , but appears another dialog window that : Database creation started this will last long time, wait until patien appears,
press any key to continue....
Anybody knows how many time I have to wait , because I waited ten hour and nothing change.
It should only take 20 to 30 minutes. typically when this fails or takes so long is due to a bad image drive. I would recommend reseating all the cables to the drive and run database remove again see if it clears if not replace the drive and retest. if it fails if you have the CMOS reset disk install it and try again. you might end up having to reload software with the new drive installed and see if it corrects the issue

AFTER : HAVE I TO CONFIGURE THE BIOS SET UP ?
HAVE I TO CONFIGURE THE RAID TWO OF THE THREE HDD?
you have to ensure you only reload the correct software for your computer. yo can not load a M420 on a M450 it has different hardware. if you snd me an email address I will send you some documentation on software install and troubleshooting

I discovered one problem in two HDD sata cables, but still with the samr problem, now probably will be becaues I changed something in the HDD, because I think must be dinamic disks but I can´t enter in a tools because the password that I had for meduser : @medUserDPC is not valid.
