Dear Sunil:

That is my experience in this case. Considering the highs temps in you country by this days, hope it should help.
Instead Esaote Biomedica indicates that room temperature for Artoscan, even Magnet room will be fine till 22C, its a good practice to keep this temperature around at most 18C. Also pay attention, its mandatory that it be kept stable. Once temperature varies the Magnet Core also varies, moving the central frequency. Monitoring the magnet room temperature by 24 hour it should not change more than +/-1C. So if ok, perform a calibration.

Note: I face a problem here in Brazil that a security man, to take a nap during the night, turns the air central to void some noise. So was impossible to have good images from the scanner. Takes me a month to discover the bug.

Good luck.

you might try measuring the magnet temperature with a thermocouple. Put some insulation over the top so that the temperature you read is the magnet itslef, not the air. Try measuring at several places.

If the magnet changes temperature from day to day, you have a serious problem; if the magnet is at a different temperature in one place compared to another, this is also a bad thing, and you can only wait for it to stabilize, and then run a tune up and maybe a shim.

A temperature recorder in the room is a very good idea. You can get temperature loggers that are small and solid state and quite inexpensive (less than $50) at Cole-Parmer or similar. They will capture the temperature at intervals and download to your PC when you come to check them.

Good luck.

Has this unit been working or was it just installed? If it is not moved properly you can damage the temp sensors on the sides of the magnet. Check and make sure all connections into the CTERM in the console are connected well
sometimes the power inputs in the back the console get mixed up. You can also look at temp plots in the service mode.
