ATL 1000 Error 4

ATL 1000 ultrasound's power supply went out.
After replacing it, machine worked for 24 hours.
Then Error 4 appeared and it will not recognize the probes.
Machine was donated to Armenia, they do not have a service manual.
Any suggestion would be appreciated

Check the voltages in the test points of the HV board (The expected voltages are labeled) you have to remove the probes port on the front and the board is in the left side
