ATL HDI 1500 Problem

The system boots up, and error "Error opening Com3 key port" OK, appears, and after clicking on the OK,the image area displays and the default probe is active but the overlay keyboard is inactive. You cannot select anything, only the computer keyboard works, and nothing varies in the image.
Please help!!
If I need to re-install the software, can someone give me the software? The version is 2.03.02

Although, I have not been able to check the battery voltage yet due to where the machine is located, report indicates the date is very wrong- January 1997.
Please, do you know the BIOS setup password?

Hi Augustine, exchange the battery only! And when the system starts fine, you must input the new hour and date of HDI-1500´s Ultrasound Configuration.

Hi Augustine,
can you verified the load of BIOS?
Normally the blue screen appears when the BIOS finished and the Win NT; if you have problems here, maybe you need reload the HDD!
