ATL HDI 3000 error message

Hi all, When we turn on our ATL HDI 300, we find now this error code: FEC MOP reported HW error during Boot UP (1902-1990-1307 5B307891) FEC. Hardware tes failure Does someone know what is it ? Thanks a lot in advance Best regards

Reset the FEC Board.
