ATL HDI 3000 Scan head initialization error

Hi, After Boot screen apears normal, but an error mensaje show up about a Scan head problem, change to another Scan head and so on.. always the same error-.. Scan head initialization error ...in last hours i found something more intesting (sorry about my english) i found this.. in the PS1 where are -80 volts and +80volts test points.. after boot up there are +30 and -30 volts...thats is OK ? im thinking that is anormal .. i did the folowing procedure ... meanwhile the eco booting up y checked the voltage in thats test points (-80 and +80) in the booting procces the voltage in both test points were 0 ..no voltage...until the last seconds when the relays noice ( clap.. clap ) indicate activity in scandheads panel.. in that moment the voltage raise to -80 and +80 volts for only a second.. and then drop to -30 and +30.. after that a screen message apears ...tha indicate fail in trasducers.. question is.. the -80 and +80 are fixed voltages.. ???

1) exactly the error that the Ultrasound System reports is "System error. There is a problem with the system. Reselect a scanhead. If there is still a problem. Call at your representative and report the error."

2) If no probes is connected, the error does not appear. but on the screen just the logo appears on the right and on the left only the date and time .. after a few minutes the ultrasound restarts without intervention.

3) I have checked each of the probes and none of them is missing any pin or pin is not bent.

4) also I have tried to leave only one probe connected at a time and the error is the same in each test.
