I have an atl hdi 5000 and I get the following error: diagnosis number 0002.
this error comes at a different time, at the beginning of the study, from the moment of choosing the trandcutor. please help.
note. How do I put the Spanish language in the atl
Error 002 ismost likely related to a problem with your aquisition section. SCANHEAD SELECTOR board could be defective or just dirty. Remove it, clean it with contact cleaner, re seat any CHANNEL BOARD, you see along with the AIM+ and try again.
Other problem could be the probes itselves. Try using the system with one probe at a time. If the problem appears with all the probes ypu may have a defective board.
Check the ERROR LOG of the unit to see any any problem highlighted by the system.

The most common problem is the power supply. I would check the modules producing 5 V - soldering, dirty contacts, loose terminals in modules ...
That error indicates the front end stopped scanning because of some power monitor problem. This can be caused by a scanhead with fluid infiltration, corrosion in the connector or an electronic part failing. It can also be caused by the channel boards, the AIM board, or the power supplies. It can also be a software problem. If it happens with different probes, I would suspect the power supplies or a channel board.
With the power off and the AC mains disconnected, try reseating the power supply and the front end boards. Then with the front cover off, monitor the power supply LEDs when the error happens.
Changing the language requires changing the Machine Options.
