Hi all
I have a problem with an ATL HDI5000 ultraosund scanner, the machine doesent power up and nothing is displayed in the monitor, there are LEDs on in olmost all PCBs but i have no idea which to review, also the coolers are activated and all the voltages seem to be normal. I guess the problem is in the host CPU but need help. Does any know how to troubleshoot this issue. Thanks beforehand

your problem might be with the hard drive. Are you sure you checked all the power supply voltages? Do you hear High voltage come up on the monitor when you turn system on?
In the right side on machine you can found a MO disk with backup of system software
Put it in the drive an try boot your system with the MO inside
If your system boot with the MO so you have a HDD problem
Let the system boot normaly with MO
It can resolve your proble

Honesty i am not sure about the voltages but as a matter of fact, i dont listen the hig voltage activation to the monitor, i just reviewed the power suply voltages and thera re some not present but i donto know if they must at the moment when the machine doesent boot up

first open the fron side of the machine and lock the power supply modular led status then i help u
