1. Check the AC Input to power cord connection. A bad connection can cause noise in the image. (Careful, the connector can get very hot if the connection is highly resistive.)
2. Try reseating the front end (Acquisition) boards; Channel boards, AIM and FEC. You might try reseating the Main Power Supply, as well. Be sure to shut the system down and turn off the breaker first to avoid damage to the system.
3. Run the onboard diagnostics.
