Automatic Film Microprocessor (3000SV) Problem

June 06, 2005 01:03

I have installed 3 units of AFP 3000SV, almost the same problem occurs;the developed film result was quite dry. I'm done cleaning all rollers of the developer, fixer and water but the same problem occur.

Possible solutions or suggestions are highly welcome!

thanks!

hi ramil cortes
you say that developed films are quite dry, so i think you mean that films are hot at the exit of developer machine; in this case it is just matter of calibrating dryer temperature.
good luck

you said that "films are hot at the exit of developer machine..and in this case it's just matter of calibrating dryer temperature" u mean i need to adjust the developer heater, how would i calibrate it to decrease the temperture?
