How can I do a BACKUP on MX8000, of whole system parameters, protocols, logs, Configuration, etc.
I can get through SERVICE>BACKUP/RESTORE
but EOD is not available, only path
how can I do backup ?

Is this Mx based on O2 computer? It depends on version so it is important. Are you sure that the EOD-cartridge is inserted and properly mounted? Sometimes EOD goes to be dirty and system doesn't mount it. Which SW version you have? There are some differences in backup in different SW versions.

In fact I can do Studies backup, but when I try to backup cal tables, EOD is not active option only PATH

if you backup your callibrations and setting . you need to foirst format your eod disk and try back up
