I have a medison sono 5500 ultrasound. My device is showing battery failed. how we change the battery? Also, the screen displays to press F1 but i can't seem to find it and the keyboard isn't working. Thanks
the battery is located on main board (CPU board). It's M48T86PC1. It's kind of a special battery, maybe you need to desolder it from the board to replace it. Or, if are lucky, it's only inserted into board, and you don't need soldering.
F1 works only if you connect the external keyboard (PS2).

Hello.

So, change the M48T86PC1 and you'll be good.
