Is there anybody knows how to solve the error of BMT 6612 Sterilizer PHASE TOO LONG the temperature was stuck on 127 degrees during Bowiedeck test and Program 3

how about vaccumm test? on what phase does it stop? if the error occur on vacuum phase (not vacuum test) of the cycle most probably your problem is from chilled water supply, or if it occur when heating phase maybe you a leak from the door or any connection from the chamber or weak steam supply... hope you my advice usefull... and regards to all biomed there...
Actually This Problem Phase Too LOng will appear during Bowiedeck test and Program 3 which is the temperature is 134 degrees..But in vacuum test, Program 2 and 4 which is using 121 degree machine is Pass no fault..,
This machine BMT 6612 is the machine from AGH Khobar i'm just helping to solve the Error...

i had experiences that same problem before, i don't know why the other program passed and only p3 is having an error on that same machine ( the small one ) i guess that p3 is more sensitive, try cleaning/replacing the door gasket.
