BP ERROR CODE CO2 (AUTO ZERO FAILURE), WELCH ALLYN MODEL :52000

To my fellow Biomed Engineer,
Can you help me guys to fix a problem with this Blood Pressure Error Code No. CO2 this refer to auto zero failure, the sticker paste in the machine suggested that you need to check for air obstruction limit patient movement. Out of the 10 defective units with the same issue that we have I had done fixing 5 units just to swapping and replacing the Main PCB board, my question is,do you have idea what particular parts or components that I need to replace in the Main board, although I found the board not repairable. Our machine is Patient Monitor, Welch Allyn, Model 5200 Series. Thank you.

Perform an auto potentiometer calibration.
Once the auto-zero is completed successfully, the "Gain Calibration @ 200 mmHg" box is activated.
To perform the span calibration, inflate the unit,
using the bulb and valve, to 200 mmHg" 5 mmHg. Wait 15 seconds to allow the pressure to stabilize. Adjust the slide control of the software until the reading on the PC matches as close as possible to the reading of the pressure meter. Once the difference has been minimized, select "
record" and proceed following the directions of the software.
Once the gain calibration is complete, the pressure calibration points can be calibrated. There are three points that require calibration; 95, 195 and 285
. First set the pressure to the desired pressu
re value within "5 mmHg. Wait 15 second for the pressure to stabilize. Adjust the slide control of the software until
the reading on the PC matches as close as possible the reading of the pressure meter. Once the difference has been minimized, select "record" after each setting. YOU MUST DO THIS FOR ALL THREE VALUES. Oncethis is completed, select the "update" button.
