Brightspeed 10V reference error

I need your help on this problem of GE brightspee8..
The machine will pass on ddc scan without rotor on.. but when the rotor on selected, it gives an error.
The error was like a DC bus error (70-0501). But the measured value on hv inverter was 651vdc(on pdu). Same on JEDI and hemit tank.
The other error that makes me confused is the 10V reference error (80-1419). There is no explanation on manual error code..
I do not know where to check or verify regarding this 10V reference error.

70-0501, Potential cause: 1. mains proglem (too low or too high)or 2. One phase missing at generator input Recommended action:(CHECK FUSES IN PDU OR ON GENERATOR)
If hard fault, check fuses in PDU (mains input and HVDC fuses, gantry base and HV inverter.
-If fuse open, hceck for load shorts before replacing.
-Check mains line, 3 phases incoming voltage.
-Verify line impedance if mains is low.
-Check the PDU main fuses status
80-0149, Possible cause: PPC kV control board
Recommended action: Replace PPC kV control board.

hello Mr. Syl, thank you for reply.. yes i did check the 3phase input on the diode for hv inverter(pdu), the 3 phase suply was 401,404,402vac. the output is 651vdc.. error 70-0501 was now gone.. but when i do DDC scan with rotor on, always error 80-0149 was appeared..
i will try to replace the PPC kv control board and update you later.. tanx

I do have experiance with brightspeed just hispeed and lightspeed
I will check the power supply that supply the kv control board for such trouble
