I need help I am working with a CT scan brightspeed 16, All in One console, the problem is that the gantry is not available to do studies, the gantry and the table are online, I can move them, but when I want to do the scan it tells me that it is not available, by the way, i reload the software and even then it does not work.

ERROR: can not process ASIR request - process is not up
ERROR: 26014033
A plug n play device has encounters an unrecoverable error. This device will remain offline until a scan hardware reset is performed

did you perform a flash download plus a scan hardware reset?
