I have problem in Brilliance 64, system is giving this message " Gantry cannot initialize, please change scan parameters or restart the Gantry. If problem persist, please contact Service" directory after registering new patient and start exam.

I checked ErrorLogs and found the below errors:
1- S_MASTER_SEQUENCER_PREP_STARTER_SPIN_ERROR.
2- S_ROTOR_STOP_ANODE_NO_MORE_SPINNING.
- I tried to do Manual Scan but message "Tube is over heated. Please wait for a while" will appear while the tube heat is 0%.
- With No Load test and Performance Test and after pressing the system will try to load series for a while then timeout error will appear.

I replaced APM but same error.

It seems like you have a rotor problem, either the tube or associated circuits
