I have brilliance 64 which is giving message "Gantry cannot initialize, Please change scan parameters or restart the Gantry" directly after registering the patient and start the exam.
- I did manual scan but after executing series, the system will show message "Tube is over heated. Please wait for a while"
- I did performance check and no load check but after executing series, the system will show "Timeout waiting for series Ready state"
- I checked the error-logs and found this below two error is appearing:
1- S_ROTOR_STOP_ANODE_NO_MORE_SPINNING
2-S_MASTER_SEQUENCER_PREP_STARTER_SPIN_ERROR

Sounds like more toward the RHOST on the CPM instead of the APM side with the tube starter.

But don't forget the DMC -- try reflashing / download both Rhost and DMC in CPM utilities
