It means that the internal lithium battery is dead, and it forgot the printhead resistance setting.
Open up the unit, replace the lithium battery and note the resistance marking on the head (on a small paper sticker) while you're in there. Set the printhead resistance the first time you turn it on, and with a new battery it won't ask ever again.

when i trun ON the machine the message appears is "Is Rph the same as printhead marking?"
