bv 25 error code 3

this bv 25 switch on narmally but when i take the fluro or exposure , error code 3 is shown in right lcd screen on cosole (it is a touche console bv 25). and one more thing when i remove the xray tube wire (blue & brown thick wire above SE 39 card )from its connector no error code is shown ,it seems machine work narmal but when i connect those wire again problem persist .please help....
