1.pls check yhe logfileas the following:
Error 208 and 351 comes up on the display when using high kV.
Below a logfile with error 208 and 351 where the X-ray tube was broken.
09/08/25 13:21:10 M SYS: continuous fluoro
09/08/25 13:21:10 W PMI: Transient error 208
Unexpected X-ray switch off. Check board SHA4
and the generator unit SE. Check cabling.
09/08/25 13:21:10 N XGI: XGIDIM: ERROR event "RDPROFF_INT" in state STATE_STARTED
09/08/25 13:21:10 F XGI: Alarm interrupt: xgen status = 51
09/08/25 13:21:10 M SYS: rec BLOCK XRAY
09/08/25 13:21:10 W XGI: Error 351
FA generator board SHA4 Inverter status signal
is active. Generator is reset within a few
seconds. Check the kV/mA values of the tank.
09/08/25 13:21:14 M SYS: rec UNBLOCK XRAY
09/08/25 13:21:14 W XGI: Error 351 resolved
09/08/25 13:21:24 M SYS: USR switch on
09/08/25 13:21:24 M SYS: continuous fluoro
Note: The logfile can be a little bit differend, because this is software version depended.
2.When an X-ray tube becomes older or is not used for an exended period of time, dirt is accumulated on the inside. When you have the error 208 and 351 perform the following checks before replacing the FA X-ray Tube.
Try to reproduce the problem with high kV's.
Listen for a flashover in the X-ray tube.
Perform the Tube Condition procedure. Occasionally, this procedure must be performed several times (sometimes up to 5 times).
If the problem is still there due to high kV's, measure and ensure that the mA actual and the kV actual are stable. These real-time values can be found in X-scope or BV-scope, therefore,
a. measure and ensure that the mA Actual between SEA1 : mp1 and mp2 is stable.
b. when a large dip in the voltages displays, there is a flashover in the X-ray Tube.
If the X-ray tube still has flashovers after conditioning , replace the X-ray tube.

Hi!
When we achieve to get 70 KV manual, the c-arm reboots by itself and displays a M208 error.
Does anyboday can help us with that?
Regards!
