BV300 software problem

Good day.
I have a BV300 with a damaged hard drive, I have the software and all the floppies needed to reinstall. I do the format and the system recognizes the hdd, but when I try to install the options is not allowed on the service PC. What am i doing wrong???
I have another equipment so i tried to change the hard drives, but system gives me an error. Something like database in hdd don't correspond to the boards. The manual says I can do a database reset via the service pc, but the same, option not allowed.
Does anyone know how can I install the software correctly???
