check as nagi advice .if all position correct.the problem is in LIH memory unit.
if you sure 100% that image you see onthe monitor isfrom LIH . and imagedisapear right after you release the hand switch.
pleasecheck exposure relay this can bebehind the LIH pcb.the propose of this relay is to hold xray for 40-60 ms after hand switch release to update video signalto LIH MEMORY frame.

last image still on monitor when we still press exposure bottom but when we rise our finger directly image gone from screen
