We have set up a Canon CDXI 702c wireless DR with an Aruba AP, the DROC shows "READY", panel has green light, when we try to make an exposure, we get a blank screen. Any ideas?
Hi Ahmed - We are not getting any image when we shoot - we are beginning to believe there is a problem with the X-ray system not the DR. Appreciate your input!

Hi Charles, Can you share a sample of the image you are getting.
Also, when you are making the exposure is the detector (on the top right) saying capturing?
