The Capintec 15R Dose Calibrator LCF display has begun to have line appear across the screen which flicker and make the display difficult, but not impossible to read. Is this something that can be fixed by an adjustment, or does something need to be replaced - the display, a board, a power supply?

The Capintec 15R Dose Calibrator LCF display has begun to have line appear across the screen which flicker and make the display difficult, but not impossible to read. Is this something that can be fixed by an adjustment, or does something need to be replaced - the display, a board, a power supply?
