That just means the reader has retransmitted the image data to the console. Evidently you may be having connection issues. Check your network settings. Make sure you have the correct IP and LAN configurations on both pieces. Maybe an IP conflict as well. If the system is isolated and not on a network, then run a check on CPU LAN Board from the Utility.
