Luis, In order to service the Carestream DRX systems you need to have a "service Key" which you get by attending their classes in Rochester NY, even then you are limited to the systems that are under your direct contract. If the system in question is under contract with the Manufacturer or one of it's dealers then you will not be allowed to work on it. See if there is a local Carestream Distributor in your area and ask them. Sorry I can't be of more help, but I've run into this situation also.
