Carestream Printer Touch Screen goes blank

My CareStream 8900 printer touch screen goes blank after booting up. It give a symbol on the touch screen... like a computer wire being cut to the screen then it goes blank. Can anyone please help??

No error codes. It boots up then a yellow symbol shows up with a monitor and computer connected by a wire that is cut

if its windows startup screen appears for few seconds then goes blank then it is software problem.
or
if only kodak logo appear and goes to blank.
then check connections between DRE and LCD.

thank you. It must be a software error. Carestream can be difficult. I we lost the power supply. when I fix the power supply, the touch screen would respond. then we adjusted the cable on the computer and it boots up then goes blank.
