I have a CellDyne 1600, completely refurbished and delivered. Unfortunately, it does not function. I have had a hospital technician, look at the machine, without success in getting it to operate properly even with the refurbish technician on the phone giving instructions. It does not make sense to me to ship it back for the expense of shipping, and that there is reference that the shipping might of caused the current problem. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A TECHICAL SERVICE SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS MACHINE : CELLDYNE 1600 AND IS LOCATED IN MICHIGAN OR A NEAR-BY LOCATION????
