Does someone have any contacts for the Ceretom? I have a used Ceretom (2008) model. The hard drive was wiped out before purchase. I am in need of the compatible software to communicate between the Ceretom and laptop.

Setting up a new laptop to connect with Scanner
Workstation Settings
1. Log into system as Admin / Administrator (password is âpasswordâ)
2. Select PACs configuration
3. In Workstation Settings, set Scanner IP Config to 192.SN#.1 (wireless or 3 for hardwire).100 (note: SN = Serial Number of Ceretom)
4. Click âApplyâ
Network Settings
1. Click Microsoft key (flag)
2. Select Control Panel
3. Select Network Connections
4. Find either the hardwire System icon or the wireless icon (which ever applies) and right click
5. Choose Properties
6. Scroll to the bottom of the connection list and highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
7. Select properties
8. Ensure âUse the following IP addressâ is checked
9. Input the following IP address: 192.SN#.1 (wireless or 3 for hardwire).10
10. Input the following Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
11. Select OK (this completes the wired connection setup, continue for wireless setup)
12. Next, for wireless on System Properties window that is still open, select âWireless Networksâ tab
13. Select âView Wireless Connectionsâ
14. Find the system SN# icon and double click it to connect
15. Next select âChange Advanced Settingsâ from related tasks list
16. Select the âWireless Networksâ tab once again
17. Under the Preferred Networks list, make sure that system SN# is only icon that appears (System SN# represents the actual scanner being used, remove all others).
18. Click OK and then close out all open windows to return to the run screen.
19. Log out as ADMIN and log in as operator.
20. View the status to ensure connection has occurred.
21. If asked for an encryption key, use the following: NeuroLogica# (where # is the last two numbers of the system serial number).
Computer Settings
1. Ensure that the Wirelessâ switch is turned on in the front of the laptop (if using a wireless connection to the scanner)
Do you a copy of the service manual.
Also, I have a customer with an issue in Peru.
Do you have any contacts is Peru who can service it?
