Clearvue 650 with error DIAGNOSTIC CODE 0001.eb751al2.0

Wondering if anyone has seen this error or have a service manual to help troubleshoot it.
It is on a Clearvue 650 which was working perfectly but after transportation to another site, it shows this error during bootup.
"The system has experienced an error and is collecting information to help diagnose the problem. Buttons will be enabled once the data collection is done."
