Philips Brilliance 16 CT scan machine.i also face IRS communication problem, main computer network show message IRS network connection failed and simultaneously change the message, IRS connection failed. i thinks hardware problem can any body help me about this problem.

check if supervisor service is started or exists. If not, start it and turn on again the ct.
If doesnt appear, reload software of irs. Thats all.
